September 29th

Stone had a busy day today. First our neighbor Kevin came over to help Stone practice his balancing tricks. He had to concentrate really hard. Then his friend Soleil came over with her mommy. Stone and Soleil cuddled, played, and then.....they kissed!

September 28th

Here I am, just relaxing with my snuggly blanket before I go to bed. I like to snuggle and talk to the fan before bedtime.

September 27th

Stone likes to suck on his pajamas and hands while he is falling asleep. He can usually put himself to sleep at night, but has some nights when he needs mom and dad's touch.

September 26th

Stone was trying to talk and play with the dogs but was distracted by all of his sneezes!

September 25th

I am happy to report that as of today I am: 4 months and 6 days old, I weigh a healthy 18 pounds and 3 ounces, and I am 26 inches tall. I had to get my shots again today too, but I did okay. Mommy thought it was sad because as soon as the first needle went into my leg, my smile disappeared and my lower lip got really, really, really big and then my eyes welled up with tears. Despite Mom's efforts to distract me, I still felt the pain of the shots!

September 24th

Yes, it is 11 Pm and I am wide awake, woo hoo it is party time. We went out to dinner tonight and then over to Benji and Kassey's house, I took a nap on the ride home and then I was ready to play. It did not last long, though. By 11:20 pm I was ready for a bottle and a good night sleep in my crib.

September 23rd

So, lately I have been doing a lot of bouncing! Mom and dad got me this new toy because I was starting to bounce so much on their laps. Now I can bounce and play at the same time, it's the coolest!

September 22nd

Almost every night mommy and I snuggle before I go to bed. We either lay on the floor or the couch and talk to each other. Sometimes it is hard to understand what I am saying because I like to put my snuggly blanket in my mouth while we are snuggling.

September 21st

Wow! Who is that big boy? When people meet me for the first time they often use adjectives such as: sturdy, alert, chunky, mature, and well-fed! I know, I know, I'm a big boy.... I get it!

September 20th

I enjoy standing up a lot now. If I had the choice I would stand or sit all the time rather than lay on the floor on my back or my tummy. I like being able to get a good view of what is going on all around me. I am very aware of things now and keep entertained by watching people and other interesting things.....like fans and lights.

September 18th

I play really well with my toys, I get better at grabbing things everyday. I like to put everything in my mouth these days, and get mad when toys are attached to something and I can't get them into my mouth. Mom and dad think that I might have a little temper when I get older because I can become quite frustrated if I can't get something or if things are not going how I want them to. Overall, though I am a happy little (well....big) boy and love to laugh and smile at almost anything. Lately, I have started to laugh at the doggies when they run around and rough house, it is really silly.

September 15th

I am happy to report that Soleil is coming around; I must say I have a way with the ladies. Once they get to know me I am simply irresistible. I mean, look at the look of complete contentment on her face.

September 14th

I was a happy boy today, well I usually am. I played with Grandma Denise while mom was at work and dad was sleeping. Then I took such a long nap that I could play for a few hours this afternoon berfore getting sleepy again.

September 13th

Ok, so I am addicted to the TV (daddy says I get it from him). I love watching baby einstein, does that mean I am just really smart? I watch baby einstein for more than an hour if mom will let me. I could not even take my eyes off it to take a picture with Dad before he left for work.

September 12th

Daddy and I like to play together. Today we played on the floor after he woke up for the day. He works at night now, so he has to sleep during the day. But, I am really ready to play by the time he gets up.

September 10th

Today was a day full of friendship. In the morning cousin Owen came over and we played together in the play gym. We were laughing and talking, about nothing really, but it was great. Then Halen came over for dinner and a bath. All I could do was stare at her...she's amazing.

September 8th

I'm all smiles when I play and I love telling stories of all my fun adventures.

September 7th

Today mom and I went and hung out on the grass by the river with Solei and her mom. It was such a nice day, we layed on the blanked, talked, played with toys, and I splashed my feet in the river.

September 3rd

mmmm....my hands taste so good, I will eat anything at this point, I am starving. Clearly you can see that I am skin and bones!

September 2nd

So Mom and I went to the pool today with Solei and her mom. Everything was fine at first, Solei and I were just under the trees watching the leaves blow in the breeze, so I decided to make a move... all I wanted to do was put my are around her. But, she freaked out and started reaching for her mom, that's ok because I was not going to give up. Later we were on the lawn chair together just relaxing, I had my hat on....feeling pretty good about myself. Then things turned for the worst again, and Solei wanted nothing to do with me. Do you think she was intimidated by my belly?
